Rachael Otuoma Stunned by Messages Women Sent to Late Husband, Vows to Expose Them: ‘Aki Wanawake Nyinyi!’

  • Rachael Otuoma scrolled through her late husband Ezekiel Otuoma’s Facebook Messenger, only to be stunned by the flood of messages from Kenyan women who had been relentlessly flirting with him.
  • The grieving widow expressed disbelief that some women were still pursuing him, sending affectionate messages even as he battled for his life in his final days.
  • Otuoma passed away in December after a grueling four-year fight with Motor Neurone Disease, and Rachael vowed to stay strong, cherishing their memories while wearing both their wedding rings.

The widow of former AFC Leopards winger, Rachael Otuoma, has revealed that she now has access to her late husband’s phone—and what she has discovered has left her in utter disbelief.

According to Rachael, she has stumbled upon countless messages from women who were aggressively pursuing him, even during his illness.

Speaking during a live TikTok session at work, Rachael disclosed that she had gone through her late husband’s Facebook Messenger and other social media accounts, only to find that women were still sending him affectionate messages.

Some, she noted, continued to flirt with him even as he battled for his life.

Rachael expressed her shock, stating that she now truly believes Kenyan women are to be feared, as the sheer volume of messages is overwhelming.

She added that many of these messages dated back to when Otuoma was still healthy and actively playing football, with women openly requesting to be in relationships with him without holding back.

‘Aki wanawake nyinyi. Simu ya Otuoma niko nayo, naangalia Messenger za Facebook naona messages wakati bado alikuwa anacheza mpira. Yaani vitu zingine ni kuangalia tu na macho,’ she lamented.

Staying Strong

Having lost her husband to Motor Neurone Disease (MND), Rachael admitted that she is still processing a whirlwind of emotions, especially after reading the messages.

However, she affirmed her commitment to staying strong despite everything.

She also made it clear that she will never take off her late husband’s wedding ring, even though he has passed away. In fact, she now wears both her ring and his.

During the live session, a fan requested one of the rings as a keepsake, but Rachael quickly shut down the idea, explaining that the rings are engraved with their names and wedding date—making them deeply personal.

‘Pete nitavaa. Si unaona ziko mbili na zinafanana? They are two. Hii itabaki hapa, hii sipeani. Sasa napeana pete imeandikwa Rael? Because vile tulivalishwa, Otuoma alikuwa anavaa Rael, mimi nilikuwa navaa Otuoma. So pete yangu iliandikwa Otuoma na date ya wedding,’ she explained.

Otuoma passed away at the age of 31 after an agonizing four-year battle with the disease.
