Eddie Butita To Accompany William Ruto During US Trip As Representative Of Creative Industry

Eddie Butita, the CEO of SPM Buzz and a prominent figure in Kenya’s entertainment industry, has announced his departure to the United States.

Butita will be accompanying President William Samoei Ruto on a significant state visit hosted by U.S. President Joe Biden.

In an Instagram post, Butita expressed his gratitude for the opportunity, highlighting the importance of the creative industry in international dialogues.

“Leaving for USA today. Thank you His Excellency President William Samoei Ruto for choosing me to accompany you to the United States Of America State Visit hosted by the USA President His Excellency President Joe Biden. The fact that I’m part of the Head of states delegation is a clear sign and we are happy that the creative industry is part of the conversations we are going to have during this trip. O.G.W
