  • Renowned Twitter influencer Maverick Aoko has thrown a grenade into the sanctum after claiming that Bishop Allan Kiuna was a “con preacher,” who exploited Kenyans with prosperity gospel teachings
  • Aoko’s viral tweet alleged that the founder of Jubilee Christian Church [JCC] deceived followers by sticking to propagating the gospel of wealth
  • The tweet, coming a day after Kiuna’s passing, sparked mixed reactions, with some defending the pastor for leading them to salvation and others agreeing that his focus was on prosperity

Renowned Twitter influencer Maverick Aoko has stirred controversy by claiming that Bishop Allan Kiuna was a “con preacher” who exploited Kenyans with prosperity gospel teachings.

In a viral tweet, Aoko, known for her fearless exposes, stated that the founder of Jubilee Christian Church was not a genuine minister, as he only preached the scripture of amassing wealth.

Without remorse, Maverick hurled shade at the late pastor, who passed away two days ago, saying there was nothing to mourn as he had “gone where he belonged.”

Aoko also alleged that Jubilee Christian Church, which now boasts many branches, was where TV personality Willis Raburu was caught in a prostitution scandal, leaving many shocked at her revelations.

While her tweets have gone viral, sparking mixed reactions, some social media users defended the pastor for leading them to salvation, while others agreed that his focus was on prosperity rather than the true gospel.

Citizen Digital Reports on Pastor’s Lavish Lifestyle

Similarly, Citizen Digital published a report detailing the lesser-known aspects of Bishop Kiuna’s life, portraying him as a lover of lavish things who used his powerful voice to build impressions.

2: After Years-Long Battle with Cancer, JCC’s Reverend Allan Kiuna Finally Bows Out

Described as one of the flashiest men of God in town, always impeccably dressed and gifted with exemplary oratory skills, Bishop Kiuna was an unabashed champion of the Prosperity Gospel, a sub-culture of church teachings that extols material success in believers.

The report painted him as a suave, spiritual charmer who, alongside his equally elegant wife, started small but grew into a religious behemoth, amassing a staggering fortune.

However, his opulent journey came to an abrupt end on the fateful night of July 9, when he succumbed to cancer in a Nairobi hospital, leaving his family and followers in mourning.
