  • In a viral skit, Dem wa Facebook was nearly duped by Ramcy Don, the Kenyan Jason Derulo, after he sent her photos of the real American rapper and arranged a date
  • The skit captures her excitement turning to shock as she realizes the man she met isn’t the real Jason Derulo, leading to a dramatic and humorous confrontation
  • A slip in English was what ultimately exposed Kenyan Jason Derulo after he told Dem Wa Facebook he had ‘deleted’ his tattoos

A skit has surfaced depicting the moment when a restless “Dem wa Facebook” was almost tricked by Ramcy Don, also known as the Kenyan Jason Derulo, after the content creator sent her photos of the American rapper, claiming to be him.

The deception began when the Kenyan Jason Derulo sent photos of the real American Jason Derulo to “Dem wa Facebook,” asking her for a date.

The skit then unfolds with “Dem wa Facebook” seen anxiously waiting at a hotel bar, where they had agreed to meet.

As she awaited the arrival of the supposed American rapper, the video shows her repeatedly opening the photos of Jason Derulo that the Kenyan impersonator had sent, appearing visibly excited.

She gushed over his features, remarking on how handsome he was and confessing that Jason Derulo was her crush.

However, things took a turn when Ramcy Don, who had styled himself to resemble the American rapper, arrived, pretending to be Jason Derulo.

“Dem wa Facebook” was immediately taken aback, noting that although Ramcy Don bore some resemblance to the American star, he was far from the real deal.

She even suspected that Ramcy Don was a thief, remarking that he looked like just another ordinary guy from Nairobi.

The supposed date ended in drama, with “Dem wa Facebook” berating Ramcy Don for duping her into believing she was meeting the real Jason Derulo.

Language Slip Exposes the Kenyan Jason Derulo

In the skit, the Kenyan Jason Derulo arrived at the meeting spot to find “Dem wa Facebook” already napping at the table.

He surprised her by approaching from behind and claiming to be Jason Derulo. Shocked, “Dem wa Facebook” questioned why he didn’t have a tattoo like the real American Jason Derulo, among other inconsistencies.

Moments later, Ramcy Don tried to explain by saying he had “deleted” the tattoo, and it was this slip in English that made her realize he wasn’t the real Jason Derulo.
