  • In addition to playing, Dem Wa Facebook will play a key role in promoting the tournament, hailed as the biggest ever in their home county

Kenya’s rising comedy star Dem Wa Facebook is set to return to her former career in football, thanks to a partnership with businessman Hon. Joseph Lendrix Waswa.

The comedienne was gifted with a stunning KSh 300k iPhone 16, as well as a full football kit, including KSh 15k boots, from the wealthy entrepreneur.

She’ll now be part of a team of lucky players from Webuye and Uasin Gishu who’ll vie for impressive prizes and trophies that Waswa has generously put on the line.

In addition, she’s been tapped to help drum up excitement for the tournament, which Waswa claims will be the largest of its kind In Uasin Gishu’s and Webuye East’s history.

The matches are set to take place at Bokoli, with all competing teams registered under FKF.

Every team will be fully sponsored with kits, boots, and FKF registration fees.

Dem Wa Facebook Struggles to Explain Her Car Accident to Oga Obinna

In a related story, the fast-rising comedienne recently got into a messy accident involving a trailer but reportedly didn’t inform her boss, Oga Obinna, right away.

Days later, Obinna noticed the severely damaged front end of her car and demanded an explanation.

In a TikTok clip, Dem Wa Facebook is seen stumbling over her words as she struggles to recount the incident.

Eventually, after Obinna pressed her, she admitted that a trailer swerved into her lane, blocking her way and causing significant damage to the front of her car.
