Differently Abled Creator Babushka Builds Bridge In His Kasarani Home After Online Fundraiser

  • Differently-abled content creator Babushka has achieved a milestone with his foundation by constructing a bridge in Kasarani
  • In a video, the creator inaugurated the bridge in a colorful ceremony alongside school pupils, who jubilated him for coming to their rescue
  • Babushka also thanked his online fans for contributing towards the project after his appeal for the same
  • In other news, the creator expressed dismay after a church member gifted him a box of socks which he can’t use because of his amputation

The Babushka Foundation, led by the differently-abled content creator, Babushka, has reached a significant milestone by constructing a bridge in his hometown of Kasarani.

This bridge will benefit young schoolchildren, parents, and locals who previously lacked a means to cross from one end of Kasarani to the other.

 In an Instagram video, Babushka, who recently received socks from a fan despite not being able to use them, is seen inaugurating the bridge with school pupils in a ceremonial event.

Earlier, Babushka had appealed to fans to contribute funds for the project through his foundation, expressing gratitude in the video for their support, which made the project possible.

The bridge, though simple, consists of a wooden floor supported by car tires and wooden stilts.

Babushka Complains After Fan Gifts Him Socks

In a related development Babushka channeled his disappointment after a fan from his church gifted him a box full of socks.

The creator who recently graduated from university wondered how on earth he was going to use the pairs of socks yet his legs were amputated.

He said he received the package from a caring woman who also happens to be a member of their church but was dismayed that he couldn’t use them as per her wishes.

Rioba said that people should take time to ask themselves whether the gift they are sending over to someone will be of value to them or not.

He said he would pass on the gift to his brother but expressed his appreciation and hailed the ladies benevolent gesture.
