Chaos erupted in Kaptagat, Elgeyo Marakwet, after residents made a shocking discovery at the Kaptagat Police Station on Tuesday morning.
A group of locals, who had gone to report the mysterious disappearance of three cows, were horrified to find the remains of one of the missing animals—its hide, skin, and internal organs—within the police compound.
The grim evidence was reportedly found near the home of the Officer Commanding Station (OCS), sparking fury among residents.
After positively identifying the remains as belonging to one of their missing cows, angry locals stormed the station, demanding accountability and justice.
