  • Los Angeles-based Kenyan chess champion and comedienne Elsa Majimbo, in a surprising turn of events, has deleted her tweets regarding her encounter with supermodel Naomi Campbell and the subsequent viral TikTok where she claimed to have been blackballed by the supermodel.   
  • Elsa on February 19, made a statement posted on X formerly Twitter regarding her decision to remove the tweets. 
  • The tweet in question came after the sensational social media personnel had earlier on February 15,  taken to her account on TikTok to narrate how  she met  the British supermodel, what happened to them, and their relationship 

Los Angeles-based Kenyan chess champion and comedienne Elsa Majimbo, in a surprising turn of events, has deleted her tweets regarding her encounter with supermodel Naomi Campbell and the subsequent viral TikTok where she claimed to have been blackballed by the supermodel.   

Elsa on February 19, made a statement posted on X formerly Twitter regarding her decision to remove the tweets. 

“I stand by my words. Content in my decision. The tweets are deleted due to seeking peace, not fear. Y’all need to understand this is something that has happened since I was 19. My goal now is happiness” Elsa tweeted. 

The tweet in question came after the sensational social media personnel had earlier on February 15,  taken to her account on TikTok to narrate how  she met  the British supermodel, what happened to them, and their relationship  

In her usual indoor video style sharing events with her followers Elsa got into details about her relationship with the supermodel narrating their long friendship and how it came into issues.

The social media sensation did not leave it at that as she went on further to divulge details on her X account about how the situation with Naomi depressed her and turned her into an alcoholic at 19. 

After she decided to delete her earlier tweet, Elsa received support and criticism from netizens as some marveled at her speaking up against the alleged mistreatment while others cautioned against the potential repercussions her actions might cause.  

Some of the comments are below: 

Collen: Don’t be scared Elsa, tell us did she harass you into deleting those tweets? … .. Please reply quickly we don’t have all day… we have to attend to other people’s business that has nothing to do with us. 

Ling: Your earlier tweet saying you have freed yourself tugged at my heart. But in doing that you’ve made an enemy, one we’ve seen win over and over again. She is the only person I’ve seen come back from the kinds of things she’s done repeatedly. So you’re really brave for that. And we all believe you. We can only wish you the best and continue to support your content
