Tanzanian music sensation Harmonize, also known as Rajab Abdul Kahali, has issued a public apology following his controversial statement asserting that God is a woman.

 The Konde Music Worldwide CEO sparked widespread debate and criticism after making the assertion earlier this month, particularly drawing backlash from Muslim clerics and social media users alike.

Harmonize, known for his chart-topping hits in the Bongo Flava genre, took to Instagram to express his remorse, acknowledging his error in judgment and the implications of his statement.

 “I confess to my God that I slipped up. I am a weak being before Him because I did not receive enough education to know who He is.”

The musician delved into personal experiences, citing his parents’ divorce at a young age and the subsequent role his stepmother played in his upbringing as factors that shaped his views on women.
