  • TikTok sensation Ikoh Roz has shed light on her unconventional relationship with renowned musician Willy Paul
  • Despite mounting criticism over the singer’s frequent flirtations with other women, Roz boldly defended him stating that such behavior is normal for a public figure
  • Roz, who has been with Willy Paul for the past nine months, explained that their connection first began after a series of DMs in 2019

TikTok star Rose Wanjiku, known to her fans as Ikoh Roz, has defended her relationship with controversial musician Willy Paul, despite his well-known habit of flirting with other women.

Speaking candidly in an interview with YouTuber Mungai Eve, Roz dismissed the growing criticism surrounding Willy Paul’s frequent interactions with women on social media, brushing it off as “normal behavior.”

Roz, who has been dating Willy Paul for the past nine months, described their relationship as one built on mutual understanding.

“Willy Paul is a nice person, to be honest. I love him, and he knows it,” she said with confidence.

However, her defense of his behavior caught many off guard.

When asked about his persistent DMs to other women, Roz didn’t hesitate to offer a surprising perspective.

“Mwanaume lazima aDM,” she stated firmly, implying that such interactions are commonplace and shouldn’t be a cause for concern.

According to Roz, many of the women who publicize these messages are simply looking for attention.

“Girls from TikTok and Instagram just want the fame that comes with being associated with Willy Paul. They’re ignoring the DMs from other men because they have nothing to offer.”

Her remarks paint a picture of a woman unbothered by her partner’s public persona, as she emphasized that men are bound to stray into other women’s inboxes, but that doesn’t define the strength of their relationship.

“Sharing is caring,” she remarked, explaining her belief that men can juggle relationships, unlike women who she believes should be more careful in such matters.

Roz’s acceptance of Willy Paul’s behavior has stirred up conversation, especially in a culture where loyalty is often a contentious issue.

Yet, she remains firm in her stance, stressing that her focus is on what she brings to the relationship, not what Willy Paul does.

“As long as I know I’m doing nothing wrong, I don’t care about what he’s doing. You can’t control a man,” she said defiantly.

Their relationship, whichh began after a simple exchange of DMs in 2019 and later blossomed into a romance in December 2023, has been anything but ordinary.

While many would struggle with their partner’s public flirtations, Roz seems to have made peace with it, opting to focus on her own happiness.

In a final revelation, Roz admitted she’s unsure if Willy Paul feels the same way about her. “I don’t know if he loves me, but I love him,” she concluded, leaving many to wonder if this unconventional love story will stand the test of time.
