  • Sol Generation Publishing, a subsidiary of the renowned Sauti Sol Group, has officially welcomed Mordecai “Dex” Mwini, the gifted singer-songwriter and co-founder of H_Art The Band, to their roster.
  • Through posts across their social media platforms, Sol Generation expressed their enthusiasm for the new addition, extending a warm welcome to the industry virtuoso with enticing words.
  • With experience as a songwriting coach at Sauti Academy and a performance coach at Twaweza Live, Mordecai has collaborated with esteemed Kenyan talents such as Nyashinski, Naiboi, Bensoul, and many others.

Sol Generation Publishing, an arm of the acclaimed Sauti Sol Group, has officially announced the signing of Mordecai “Dex” Mwini, the talented singer-songwriter and founding member of H_Art The Band.

Mordecai “DEX” Mwini is native of Nairobi, Kenya and  a prolific singer-songwriter whose artistry has blossomed over time.

He began as a passionate poet, painter, fashion enthusiast, and skilled guitarist, eventually evolving into a sought-after music producer.

He is also an active and founding member of the multi-award-winning Kenyan Afropop group, H_Art The Band.

Drawing inspiration from a diverse range of genres while staying true to his rich heritage, Dex has honed his craft over the years, creating a unique sound that transcends borders.
