In a post that has shocked people on Facebook, the student, who used an anonymous account, said he has nothing to show of the self-defeating habit apart from regrets.

The student shared his story on the Facebook group Campus Life in Kenya and said that he was sharing his story so his fellow comrades can advise him on which direction to go.

What Advice Did He Get?

The post, which this writer saw in its 14th minute after being posted, had already amassed over 20 comments as fellow comrades camped to share their opinions on the matter.

While many laughed off his confession, others shared that the main solution is looking for a girlfriend and settling with her if he does not have one.

Others, however, asked him to share more about his problem and asked weird questions like, probably, how many times does he masturbate in a day?

Others, however, advised that even getting a girlfriend won’t help, as masturbation is bigger than that, and that he needs to fight it by maintaining a clear mindset.

Here are some of the comments.
