Kenyan YouTube Creators Graduate from Made for You Program In Nairobi

  • Kenyan YouTube creators participated in a six-month Made for You program 
  • Graduation events were held in Nairobi, Johannesburg, and Lagos 
  • Approximately 150 guests attended the Nairobi event that aimed to empower creators with skills for success on YouTube Shorts 

Kenyan YouTube creators celebrated a milestone last week as they graduated from the Made for You program in Nairobi.  

The event, which saw approximately 150 guests in attendance, highlighted the achievements of these creators and showcased YouTube’s commitment to nurturing talent on its platform. 

The Made for You program, which spans six months, aims to empower creators with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed on YouTube Shorts, the platform’s popular short-form video format.  

Similar graduation events were also held in Johannesburg and Lagos, reflecting the program’s broader reach across the African continent. 

During the Nairobi event, attendees celebrated the accomplishments of Kenyan creators who participated in the program.
