.A  man in Mombasa  is crying for justice after his  lover eloped with another man five days prior to their planned wedding day

.Zulla and Rukia were in the relationship since 2019 and they had planned to marry on February 21, 2024

.Zulla who is physically disabled following an accident in Majengo that left him with a serious spinal injury  has since reported the matter to Kiembeni police station under OB number 51/18/02/24.

A  man in Mombasa  is crying for justice after his  lover eloped with another man five days prior to their planned wedding day.

Zulla Juma Abdullah claims that his fiance Rukia Suleiman eloped with her current husband on February 14 and wedding ceremony was conducted inside their matrimonial home in Kiembieni.

Zulla and Rukia were in the relationship since 2019 and they had planned to marry on February 21, 2024.

Zulla said after trusting Rukia ,he helped her mother to compete her house to install electricity, water and wifi.

Investigations conducted by Nairobipost.co.ke  revealed that the house in question was constructed with access lift for people living with disabilities.

He is now calling on security apparatus to assist him recover his house ,which his estranged lover  has since occupied with her new lover.

Rukia Suleiman was charged before Mombasa court.

Zulla said his life changed when he was just 19-years-old  when his friend known as Twalib pushed him on the ground during one of his visits to Kenya where he had visited his family from Holland.

In his statement to police Abdulah alleged that his wife has been cheating contrary  to section 315 of the Penal Code, with another man and that he should be arrested over the crime.

He has further informed police  that he, was in a relationship with Rukia since September 2019 after he meet him through a neighbor and that he has been sending her money for the construction of their two bedroom house located in Kiembeni 

“I built the house from my own sweat while working in Holland. When l came back in December this year for the wedding preparations Rukia started playing cold on me by giving dates away from our house. She sometimes gave me dates in Kwale or Kilifi.

On February 17 I was informed that she was already married and living with a man in the house that l have been sending her money to build ,when l went to enquire l found that the wedding had been conducted two days earlier and the suit l was to wear during the wedding had been worn by her new husband,She became hostile and threatened to beat me l was rescued by neighbors,” he decried.

In his statement to police Abdulah alleged that his wife has been cheating contrary  to section 315 of the Penal Code, with another man and that he should be arrested over the crime.

He claims that he has since been forced to move in with his parents in Shelly Beach Likoni after he was threatened to leave the house.

“All l want is justice to be served ,l want to recover my house they have moved into my house and are now residing there while l seek for help from my parents, I have all my M-pesa transactions”he lamented.

On her part Rukia stated that she would not give answers to the allegations being levelled against her on phone .

“Who has informed you of this matter is it police? I cannot comment on the matter on  the phone let me know when we can meet at the police station and establish who shared the report,”she said.

Kisauni sub-county police Commander, Joseph Mutungi said that he was not aware of the matter since he has been away on official duties.j

The police boss however advised the complainant to seek assistance from the area offucer commanding station (OCS).

“Am currently away but advise the complainant to seek assistance from the OCS ,this ia a matter that can be handled by village orders but we can still assist ,”said the police boss.
