A 10-Year Old Minior From Nyanyuki in Laikipia County has been infected with HIV/AIDS after she was raped.
A middle-aged man in connection with the offence has been arrested and charged in court for defiling the 10-Year Old and infecting her with HIV/AIDS.
According to court,It was said that the man Committed the heinous act in May Last year at Makandura in Laikipia North Sub-County.
While delivering the ruling ,Senior Principle Magistrate Ben Mararo from Nyanyuki Law Courts said that the four witnesses who testified in court proved beyond resonable doubt that the man committed the offence to the minior.
The Man was then Sentenced to 40years in Prison for the offence committed.
Senior Principle Magistrate Ben Mararo Ruled.
