Radhika Merchant, daughter of affluent pharmaceutical tycoons, and Mukesh Ambani’s younger son, Anant, are set to tie the knot this weekend, marking the commencement of their opulent pre-wedding festivities.
Media images confirmed the arrival of Rihanna, Zuckerberg, and Facebook founder’s wife, Priscilla Chan, in Jamnagar, Ambani’s hometown, accompanied by Ivanka, the eldest daughter of former US President Donald Trump.
Rihanna, the acclaimed “Umbrella” singer who welcomed her second child in August, is set to headline Friday’s entertainment, marking her first public performance since last year’s Superbowl.
According to reports from India Today, the Barbadian-born musician and women’s beauty entrepreneur has been offered a staggering sum of up to $9 million to grace the event with her presence.
At the helm of Reliance Industries, India’s largest company by market capitalization, is 66-year-old Ambani, who ranks as the 10th-richest person globally according to the Forbes billionaires list, boasting a net worth exceeding $116 billion.

The main festivities, spanning until Sunday, will feature diverse themes, activities, and attire guidelines, including a “jungle fever” day with a trip to an animal rescue center overseen by Ambani, as reported by the Hindustan Times newspaper.
