According to Hamoonga, the duo, described as practicing witchdoctors, admitted to accepting a partial payment and were promised $7,400 upon completing their mission to harm the president.

“Their intention was to use charms to harm the Head of State, His Excellency President Hakainde Hichilema,” said Hamoonga.
