To refute previous claims that Diamond Platinum pursued her, Zarina Hassan has come forward, acknowledging that she was the one who initiated contact.
Zari explained that she reached out to him via direct message, inviting him to headline her annual all-white party.
Hassan, also referred to as Zari, recounted, “I once messaged him asking him to attend my white party, to which he replied, ‘No, please speak to my manager.'” This occurred during her separation from Ivan Ssemwanga.

Zari disclosed to Crystal Newman that following her conversation with Platnumz’s manager, they initiated background checks on her.
Thankfully, tabloids had been documenting her life post-breakup with Ssemwanga, with whom she shared three children.
After perusing these stories, Diamond Platnumz became captivated by her.
Subsequently, they swapped phone numbers after crossing paths on a plane one day.
Zari added, “The chemistry was amazing,” and disclosed that they had no idea how to quit chatting to one another.
Their union produced two children: Prince Nillan, a son, and Latifah Dangote, also known as Tifah, a daughter. After Zari discovered that Platnumz was seeing Tanzanian actress and musician Hamisa Mobetto, they called it quits. Dylan Abdul Naseeb is the son of Platinumz and Mobetto.
The couple has stayed close even after their breakup, and they were recently seen holding hands.
This action caused Shakib Lutaaya, Zari’s husband, to upload an old video of him and DJ Alisha looking very much in love.
Later on, he removed the video, but Zari kept hers.
Since then, they have been sending each other hurtful messages without naming each other. There are now rumors circulating that they split up because he was the first man to put a ring on it. All the while, Zari had been complimenting him for being the first man to do such.
