Kisii Woman Catches Husband in Act of Intimacy With Their Pet Dog 

The wife alleges that she was stirred by the unusual cries of their dog, prompting her to leave the house and investigate the source of the commotion.

  • In Kisii County, a 60-year-old man is facing impending court charges after allegedly engaging in bestiality  
  • Fredrick Macarios found himself under arrest after his wife caught him red-handed, engaging in an indecent act with their family dog at their residence in Mosocho village.  
  • As detailed in a police report, Macarios surreptitiously slipped out of their home around 1 am on Sunday night, leaving his wife behind, in a mission to perfom the heinous act 

A 60-year-old man in Kisii County is set to be charged in court for allegedly committing bestiality. 

Fredrick Macarios was arrested after his wife caught him pants down committing an indecent act with their family dog at their home in Mosocho village. 

According to a police report on the incident, the man sneaked out of their house at around 1am on Sunday night leaving the wife in the house. 

Shortly later the wife claims to have been alerted by the peculiar wailing of their dog, prompting her to get out of the house and find out what was happening.

“…at about 01:00hrs her husband went out of their dwelling house whereby they heard their female dog howling and wailing a lot. She also rushed out to see what might be going on, only to be shocked to find her husband Frederick Macarios a Kisii male adult aged 60 years old having unnatural offence with their domestic female dog namely ‘Poster’,” read the police report in part. 

“She raised an alarm which alerted more members of the family who witnessed the act,” police added. 

In Kenya, bestiality or unnatural act is considered a felony per Section 162(b) of the Penal Code. 

An individual convicted of the offense may face imprisonment for up to 14 years. Additionally, according to Section 163, anyone attempting to commit any unnatural offense is subject to imprisonment for 7 years.
