Nigerian actor John Paul Odonwodo, known as Junior Pope, has been laid to rest amid a sombre atmosphere in his hometown of Ukehe, Nsukka, Igboetiti LGA of Enugu state.

The actor tragically died in a boat accident on April 10, 2024, along with four others when their boat capsized in the Anam River in Anambra state, as they were returning from a movie shoot.
