R&B artist Willy Paul has been apprehended by police officers shortly after posting a cryptic message alleging that authorities were waiting to arrest him at his Syotani Villas in Syokimau.
The musician, captured in videos shared on Nairobi Gossip Club, was seen being escorted by officers in Volkswagen sedans.
Initially, he claimed that the officers were pursuing him for allegedly hitting someone with his car and fleeing the scene.

Willy Paul, appearing distressed, mentioned that a similar incident occurred last year and expressed concerns that the officers were plotting against him.
He urged his fans to monitor the unfolding events, suggesting that if any harm befell him, it would likely involve officers dressed in blue uniforms.
In his earlier post, the “Njiwa” hitmaker appealed to fans and media outlets to quickly come to his Katani home to witness and document the situation.
